over Warehouse-Customer Service team, warehouse service providers (3PLs), contractors and relevant business partners Job Summary: 1. Lead and drive Health, Environment, Safety, Security, Quality (HESQ), Product Stewardship and Compliance initiatives across the business unit, ensuring alignment with Yara standards, local regulations and global operational excellence requirements. Responsible for achieving HESQ performance targets, maintaining management systems and certifications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety and quality culture throughout the value chain.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, Quality, Compliance, Operations, Supply Chain or related functions. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, ISO management systems, Product Stewardship and regulatory compliance. Professional certification as ISO 9001 and/or ISO 45001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor preferred. Experience in implementing, maintaining and auditing management systems is highly desirable. Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and third-party logistics management. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, SUN or equivalent). Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong training, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
