SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE (HR GENERALIST) | RM5K–RM7K | Menara MBMR

We're recruiting for a growing Malaysian FMCG brand in Kuala Lumpur.

The immediate priority is someone with a proven recruitment track record, particularly in white-collar hiring, who can also take ownership of broader HR responsibilities as the business grows.

Your main scope

RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION

End-to-end recruitment

Candidate sourcing & pipeline building

Screening & interview coordination

Offer management & onboarding

CULTURE & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Employee engagement activities

Culture-building initiatives

Employee feedback & experience

HR enquiries and documentation

HR process improvements

Performance reviews

KPI tracking

Follow-up with department heads

Recruitment-related content

Employer Branding initiatives

Candidate awareness & engagement

The person we're looking for

✔ 3+ years of relevant HR experience

✔ Proven track record in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

✔ Experience with white-collar hiring

✔ Comfortable multitasking and managing different HR priorities

✔ Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment

✔ Flexible, willing to learn and open to new ways of working

✔ Proactive and resourceful

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Employer Branding / recruitment marketing experience is a plus
