Senior Leasing Executive

Do leasing and assist Senior Leasing Manager in all related leasing activitiesEnsure that the merchandising mix of tenants achieves the positioning of the Center as a premier destination for retail, F&B and leisure activity.Maintain strong relationships with tenants in order to facilitate the addition of their concepts as part of the master strategy and to build and maintain relationships.Coordinate with all concerned departments from leasing negotiation until tenant’s opening.Plan and monitor the allocated budgetPrepare and update leasing documents, leasing reports, data base reportsUpdate retail market frequentlyPerform other tasks as assigned by Senior Leasing Manager/ Leasing Assistant Manager Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or its equivalentGood command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skillsProficiency with MS Office applicationAt least 2-3 years’ experience in retail/leasing/ sales.Having experiences in leasing at shopping Mall Ngành nghề: Bán lẻ / Bán sỉ, Bán hàng / Kinh doanh, Bất động sản Kinh nghiệm: 2 Năm Cấp bậc: Nhân viên Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Hồ Chí Minh
