- Provide legal advice and support on matters governed by Vietnamese and international laws relevant to the Company’s business operations; support other departments in implementing legal compliance activities throughout the Company.- Provide legal advice on terms, conditions, and legal matters related to commercial contracts from the tendering stage through project execution. Participate in contract negotiations and handle disputes arising during contract performance, if any.- Take the lead in handling disputes through court or arbitration proceedings and participate in legal proceedings involving the Company.- Regularly update and communicate applicable laws and regulations to relevant departments in accordance with the Company’s procedures. Lead and coordinate with relevant departments to assess legal compliance concerning the Company’s business operations.- Participate in quotation and tendering activities as assigned by the Department Management.- Directly draft, review, and provide comments on contracts handled by the Business Development Department; support other departments in contract and legal reviews when required.- Manage contract numbering and maintain systematic and confidential records of the Company’s contracts in accordance with applicable regulations and Company procedures. * Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or Economics, preferably Economic Law.* Experiences:- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar or higher-level position, including at least 2 years of experience in legal, commercial, and contract-related work within construction projects or large-scale project environments.- Legal knowledge: Ability to keep up to date with, analyze, and apply laws and regulations relevant to the Company’s operations.- Dispute resolution: Good understanding of dispute resolution procedures through courts and arbitration, with experience in handling corporate litigation or legal disputes.- Contracts and language skills: Experience in handling legal documents in English, with strong negotiation skills for legal and commercial contract terms in both Vietnamese and English.- Preferred qualifications: Experience in providing legal advice, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for Oil & Gas or wind power projects/tender packages, particularly international projects.* Language: English proficiency: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a minimum TOEIC score of 750 or IELTS score of 6.5 or above.* Other requirements:- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently.- Professional working attitude with a high sense of responsibility, integrity, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and develop.- Able to work effectively under pressure and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
