Senior Marketing Executive

Zen Vision Group is looking for a creative, AI-savvy, commercially-minded Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing and content strategy. This is not a typical marketing executive role — we need someone who can independently shoot, edit, and produce professional video and social content, while using AI tools to boost creative output and marketing productivity. You'll be the driving force behind ZVG's brand presence, campaigns, and lead generation.

What You'll Do

Manage and lead Zen Vision Group's overall marketing function

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social channels

Independently produce content end-to-end — from concept, to shooting, to editing, to posting

Create high-quality videos and social media content that reflect a premium brand image

Leverage AI tools to improve content quality, speed, and marketing productivity

Generate qualified leads and enquiries for the business

Strengthen and grow ZVG's brand presence across all platforms

What We're Looking For

5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in premium brands, interior design, property, or lifestyle industries

Strong hands-on videography and video editing skills — you can shoot and edit professional-quality content yourself

Confident and current with AI tools and AI-driven marketing — genuinely proficient, not just familiar

Solid understanding of social media strategy and digital marketing

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator

Background or academic training in Architecture or Interior Design is a strong plus

Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Based in or willing to work in Kuala Lumpur

Ideal candidate profile: around 30–35 years old, self-driven, and commercially minded

Zen Vision Group is redefining the renovation and interior design space. Join a fast-growing company where your creativity and content will directly shape how the brand is seen in the market — with real ownership over marketing direction, not just execution.
