Knowledge and Experience for Plastic Injection Mold

Work experience of more than 8 years in Plastic Injection Molding or a Mold Manufacturing Company

Management experience of more than 3 years in mold production for Plastic Injection Molding (Mold Department has M/C, WC, EDM machines and consists of 20 employees)

Knowledge of Mold Design (3D CAD)

Operating skill of Mold Fabrication Machine Process (M/C, WC, EDM, Welding, Ultrasonic)

Operating skill of Mold Assembly (Plastic Injection Mold of 30 ton ～ 450 ton)

Operating skill of Mold Repair Method (Correction Instruction)

Schedule Planning experience of Mold Repair and Mold Fabrication

Inventory experience of any spare parts and consumables

Basic Knowledge of plastic injection machines and Injection Molding

Basic Knowledge of plastic materials (POM, ABS, PP, PC+ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.)

Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001

Experience of Meeting with Customer and Mold Supplier

Experience with Gear and Precision Plastic Injection Parts

Related work experience: 10+ years

SL/VL (1st year is 5 days and add 1 day every year. Max is 14 days. Unused leave is convertible to cash)
