Your Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, or a related field.At least 5 years of software development experience, including 3 years in Odoo development/customization, with a lead or key role in at least 2 enterprise Odoo implementation projects.Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework, including ORM, QWeb, XML views, workflows, security, and reporting.Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and core modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR; experience with Odoo implementation or upgrades.Knowledge of business analysis, system design, and third-party API/web service integration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot for coding, analysis, and daily work.Ability to read technical documentation in English and communicate at a basic level.Strong requirements gathering, problem-solving, communication, presentation, training, documentation, and cross-department collaboration skills.Honest, proactive, responsible, decisive, and detail-oriented; able to work independently, manage competing requests under pressure, and maintain data confidentiality.A systematic, solution-oriented approach, strong professional ethics, willingness to learn, and commitment to a long-term role.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSGraduates of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, VNU University of Engineering and Technology, or Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology.Odoo certification or experience with an Odoo implementation partner.Familiarity with JavaScript/OWL, HTML/CSS, Git, Linux, and Docker.Experience developing internal tools, working in multi-company/multi-branch environments, or supporting manufacturing/trading businesses and their accounting, inventory, and sales processes.
