Job DescriptionLocation: Hai Phong Warehouses (Hai Thanh Ward & Hai An Ward) - no shuttle bus serviceResponsibilities:1. Lead OE ProjectsIdentify, design, and implement improvement projects/ process optimization to enhance operational efficiency for new/existing customersDrive OE under Company Way to analyze processes and drive changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and sustainability.Organize best practices to standardize for across sites/customers2. Manage productivity & cost saving programsDevelop and oversee cost-saving initiatives aimed at increasing productivity.Monitor Cost saving programsWork closely with operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement/ process optimization3. Training & CoachingBuild training programs to upskill employees on best practices and DC excellence.Build frontline CI capability as Customer’s expectation.Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust as necessary.4. Warehouse Automation & TechnologyLead process optimization for innovation projects with relevant stakeholders from ensure sustained adoption post go-liveStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to logistics and warehouse operations.5. Kaizen/Lean AmbassadorAlign customer OE programs with company standards and requirements.Act as a Lean Ambassador to promote and drive Operational Excellence initiatives.Facilitate Kaizen workshops with operational teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.End results:Meet OE KPI Target. Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in operations excellence and automation within the logistics sector.Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of successful project management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is preferred and Data Analyse Tool.Functional Competencies:Integrated commercial knowledge distribution center services, transportation, freight forwarding, and contract logistics services would be an advantageProblem Solving with a positive attitude and teamwork approachProven project management skills and the capability to work effectively in international teamsTrainer/coach; able to impart knowledge to othersPassion & Inspiration for innovation, change, and continuous improvementProven ability to plan and prioritize workStrong analytical skills and organizational skillsFluent in English language, both verbal and written and Chinese language is a plusGood MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint Ngành nghề: Xuất nhập khẩu, Vận chuyển / Giao nhận / Kho vận, Sản xuất / Vận hành sản xuất Kinh nghiệm: 3 Năm Cấp bậc: Trưởng nhóm / Giám sát Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Hải Phòng
