Position Overview The position is responsible for managing C&B (Compensation & Benefits) operations across oversees market, overseeing a workforce of approximately 200 employees. This includes end-to-end payroll verification and reconciliation with external partners, as well as direct ownership of incentive calculations. The role also partners closely with HRBP Manager to drive the development and implementation of performance management frameworks (KPIs) and HR policies, ensuring alignment and consistency across regional operations.Your role & responsibilities1. C&B OperationsManage end-to-end payroll process in coordination with external vendors (payroll verification, reconciliation, payment timeline), ensure payroll accuracy, cost control, and timely salary disbursementCalculate and manage monthly incentives, commissions, and bonus schemesOversee statutory compliance including personal income tax (PIT), social security, and mandatory contributions in each marketAdminister employee benefits programs (welfare, insurance, allowances, HMO, etc.) across marketsCoordinate with vendors to ensure accurate filing, reporting, and payment of all statutory obligations 2. HR Policy & Performance ManagementSupport development and implementation of HR policies (working rules, income policy, performance management, etc.)Partner with HRBP Manager and Business Heads to design and deploy KPI frameworksMonitor KPI execution and ensure alignment between performance and reward mechanisms 3. Reporting & Data AnalyticsAnalyze HR data (labor cost, payroll variance, incentive effectiveness, etc.) to support decision-makingIdentify trends and propose optimization for C&B structure and cost efficiency 4. Employee Support & GovernanceHandle employee queries related to payroll, tax, benefits, and incentivesEnsure clear communication and transparency of C&B policiesYour skills & qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related fieldsAt least 4 years of experience in C&B or HR OperationsPreference for candidates with experience in C&B, HR operations for overseas marketsPreference for candidates with strong understanding of KPI frameworks, HR policies or willing to learn with a long-term career orientation toward an HRBP role.Proficient in Excel (data processing, reporting, analysis)Highly accurate with strong logical thinking and confidentiality awarenessStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work proactively and effectively with multiple stakeholdersGood command of English for daily work and communication with partners.Benefits for you Working location: 6 Đường Nguyễn Hữu Thọ, Hoàng Liệt, Hoàng Mai, Hà Nội
