Key Responsibilities

Contribute across the product development lifecycle, from understanding business needs and shaping solutions to validation and release.

Analyze requirements and translate them into clear scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test coverage, including workflows, edge cases, and integrations.

Review and validate features across functionality, business logic, data accuracy, usability, and integrations.

Work closely with the Project Managers and Developers to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and identify risks early.

Investigate defects and user-reported issues, identify root causes, and collaborate on effective solutions.

Contribute product and process improvements through feedback on usability, business logic, and overall product quality.

Take ownership beyond assigned tasks, working independently, and supporting the team wherever analysis, validation, or problem-solving is needed.

Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related field

Good understanding of web development, including frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

Practical AI/GenAI knowledge, with experience working with and validating AI-powered features.

Hands-on experience in software testing, including functional, regression, integration, UAT, and exploratory testing.

Good SQL skills for data investigation and validation.

Experience with API testing and system integrations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.

Good understanding of business needs and user perspectives, not only technical correctness.

Comfortable working with Developers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.

Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing product environment.

Proactive and ownership-driven, able to work independently, take responsibility for outcomes, and step beyond assigned tasks when needed.

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
