Senior Quality Engineer (NPI/NPD - PCBA/Plastic/Metal)

Follow up new products qualification testing according to test plan Identify any potential product quality issue with engineering team and supplier. Follow up with supplier on outstanding process control issue. Maintain product file and quality record for the new product. Develop IPQC and pre-shipment inspection standards. Follow up new products pilot run and work with other team members to resolve any quality issues. Develop Process Quality Control Plan with supplier. Prepare Quality Issue Tracker List for NPI Builds. Assist to review Engineering Change issue from quality point of view. University Degree (or above) in quality / mechanical/ electrical 3 years relevant experience with good knowledge on manufacturing or quality engineering (PCBA/ or Metal/ or Plastic) Good written and spoken English skill Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills Good self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Capable of drive key initiatives towards successful implementation.
