Senior Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with domestic and international customers; expand the market and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Advise customers on products, provide quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on orders through to completion. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to delivery, logistics, import/export, and commercial documentation. Provide after-sales customer service, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor business performance, prepare periodic reports, and perform other tasks as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Import & Export, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, International Trade, or Import & Export. Japanese and English proficiency is an advantage. Good knowledge of Incoterms, logistics, customs procedures, and import/export documentation. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; proactive and responsible. Candidates with experience in electronic components, mechanical, industrial, international trade, or those who have worked for Japanese/FDI companies are preferred.

Monthly income: VND 26,000,000 – 30,000,000 (negotiable based on
