DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure the goods are shipped on time and quantityReceive PO from customers and Manage ordersReceive requests, feedback and Resolving complaints from customersRespond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email to provide support and information on an assigned product or serviceEnsures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concernsMaintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or commentsUses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staffCons setup, cons planning, inventory disposal, PO follow up on parts meeting TPPerforms other related duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields3-5 years working experience as Customer ServiceKnowledgeable in ERP System/ EpicoExcellent communication skills including active listeningService-oriented and able to resolve customer grievancesKnowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specializationHard working, responsible, honestly, quickly, enthusiasticAbility to team-working and work independently, cautiouslyOrganizational, arrangement skillsProficient in computer skillsGood verbal and written communication in EnglishWorking Time: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM (Mondays – Fridays)Shuttle bus service is available upon registration.Benefits- Meal Allowance: Daily meal support provided.- Working Equipment: Necessary working equipment and tools will be provided.- On-the-job Training: Opportunity to gain practical experience.- Professional Working Environment: Opportunity to work in a professional and multinational environment.- Healthcare Insurance: Healthcare insurance premium is fully covered by the company in accordance with company policy.
