In this role, you will drive AWING’s growth by building well-aligned talent pipelines across Vietnam and global markets (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Japan). This is also an opportunity to expand beyond recruitment and gradually move toward a more strategic HRBP or TA leadership career path.Your role & responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (Global & Multi-market)Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle: from requirement intake, sourcing, and candidate assessment to offer negotiation and closing.Build & maintain strong pipelines of high-quality candidates for current and future needs.Drive direct sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting) to ensure a steady flow of top talent.Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, mindset, and cultural fit.Partner with hiring managers to define job
