Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition (70%).Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Determine selection criteria. Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirementsConduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positionsSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools- to select right people for the right job.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsSupport Line Managers in interviewing & selection all levels.Provide retention recommendation for critical and key positions.Reviews employment applications and background check reports (if require)Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.Employer Branding (30%).Create employer branding initiatives.Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.Collaborating closely with Communication Team to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challengesSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities University degree/above.At least 5 years’ experience in Staffing, Recruitment, or HR management.Result-oriented, can-do attitudePassion/experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage.Fairly office computer skillsGood at English Speaking and WritingCandidates with presenter or MC skills are preferred. Having poster/banner design skills is a plus.**Working Location: SHTP - Thu Duc city - HCMC.
