Senior Technical Specialist – Chemical Testing (Non-food)

Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager, laboratory teams, reporting team, and relevant business units to support daily testing activities and ensure smooth laboratory operations.Take the lead in checking and maintaining laboratory testing capability for buyer programs, client requests, including proper filing and updating of related documents such as test assign, test capacity, price lists, report templates, work instructions, and other technical documents.Proactively study and fully understand chemical regulation (EU,US..), buyer manuals, testing methods, technical requirements, and program-specific updates. Coordinate with related teams to communicate, clarify, and implement any changes or new requirements.Monitor daily report release status, including the number of reports pending release. Follow up and coordinate with the laboratory and reporting teams to ensure timely result release and resolve any technical or operational issues that may arise.Provide technical consultation, recommendations, and practical solutions to clients, internal teams, and business units regarding testing

for Textile & Footwear products, Food Contact Materials, and other assigned product categories.Support the procurement, qualification, maintenance, and proper use of laboratory equipment, consumables, standards, reagents, and other laboratory supplies as required.Be responsible to the Laboratory Manager for the technical quality, accuracy, and compliance of assigned laboratory activities within the authorized scope.Other tasks as maybe assigned Bachelor’s Degree Chemistry or its equivalentAt least 3–5 years of relevant experience in testing laboratory, technical serviceGood understanding of testing assign procedures, technical documentation, and regulatory or buyer requirements.Able to interpret testing standards, buyer manuals, SOPs, report templates, and technical requirements independently.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining technical records and documentation.English communication with Toeic 500 score or its equivalentResult and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skillsA proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.Others (Benefit):Working in an international dynamic and friendly environment15 annual leaves, 15 paid sick leaves, Christmas leave13th-month salary, bonus based on performance and business resultSocial insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance base on full basic salary (Vietnamese Law)Insurance
