Service Engineer in Technology Solutions

Diagnose and decide technical solutions; manage progress and quality of installation, maintenance and service activities; provide technical support to sales team; contribute in group service and part sales with the objective to ensure service’s quality and deadline deliverable within product techniques and service standard; guidelines and established policies.Your role & responsibilities1. INSTALLATIONPlan, allocate resources and monitor costs; help engineers diagnose and resolve problems; assist engineers to influence suppliers for complex matters in order to optimise resources and timely delivery equipment to customers2. OPERATIONAL SUPPORTGuide theory; train system operations, application and maintenance in order to ensure equipment operated probably and efficiently3. MAINTENANCE/SERVICE PERFORMANCETroubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problem; recommend new products or equipment upgrades in order to make equipment perform reliably.
