Health & Safety Enforcements: Conduct regular site safety inspections, identify hazards, enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) rules, and manage emergency protocols.
Quality & Progress Control: Monitor workmanship, verify that construction matches blueprints and building codes, and report progress to the Project Manager.
Logistics & Materials: Track inventory, coordinate building material deliveries, and ensure crews have the resources needed to avoid delays.
Documentation: Maintain daily logs, attendance records, and incident or site reports.
