We are committed to delivering excellence in service, consistently exceeding expectations.Key Purpose of the Job:The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and delivering projects within schedule, quality and safety on site. The Construction Site Supervisor also will be responsible for feasibility reports and recommendations, effective budget monitoring and costing.Key Areas of Responsibility:1. Pre-Construction Stage (Tendering & BOQ Preparation)•Participate in the preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all required materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.•Work closely with the Project Team to define material specifications and apply value engineering to achieve optimal cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.•Monitor contract milestones during tendering and highlight any discrepancies or potential breaches to ensure compliance.
