Top 3 Reasons To Join Us The Job About the RoleJoin our IT team to build and improve business applications, Power BI reporting solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP integrations that support daily operations and business decision-making.You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to turn business requirements into reliable software solutions, actionable reports, and more efficient workflows.This is a hands-on role for a developer who enjoys working across application development, databases, APIs, business intelligence, and enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop business applications: Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain web applications, APIs, internal tools, and system integrations using modern development technologies.Build Power BI solutions: Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL to help business teams monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.Integrate enterprise systems: Build and maintain integrations between web applications, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, SQL Server, Power BI, and third-party platforms.Support ERP processes: Work with business users to improve workflows across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain, as applicable.Ensure data quality and system reliability: Reconcile reporting data with source systems, troubleshoot application and integration issues, and improve performance across applications and databases.Maintain software quality and security: Apply appropriate testing, code reviews, version control, access controls, and secure development practices to ensure reliable production releases.Collaborate with business stakeholders: Gather requirements, provide technical solutions, document system changes, support user acceptance testing, and help users adopt new applications and reports. Your Skills and Experience Must HaveAt least 3 years of professional experience in software/web development, application development, or a related role.Proven experience developing and supporting business applications in a production environment.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or AX 2012, including troubleshooting, system integrations, batch jobs, and understanding the AX/SQL data model.Experience with relevant Dynamics AX technical components, such as X++, Application Object Tree (AOT), SSRS, and AX integration mechanisms.Hands-on development experience with a practical combination of: C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Node.js, HTML and CSS.A modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue, REST APIs, JSON, and Git-based source control.Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including joins, aggregations, views, stored procedures, query troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Practical Power BI experience, including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, publishing, and refresh troubleshooting.Experience integrating web applications and APIs with Microsoft Dynamics AX and SQL Server.Understanding of ERP business processes, such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, or Supply Chain.Ability to troubleshoot issues across application code, APIs, SQL databases, Power BI, and Dynamics AX.Understanding of secure development fundamentals, including authentication, authorization, access control, secrets management, and data protection.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate production incidents systematically.Effective communication skills when working with business users and IT teams.Working English proficiency for technical documentation, meetings, and collaboration with international colleagues.Willingness to work full-time onsite in Dong Nai/HCM, Vietnam.Nice to HaveExperience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, or Power Automate.Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Azure services.Experience designing Power BI semantic models using star-schema principles and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, data warehouses, or ETL/ELT pipelines.Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, finance, supply chain, warehouse, or retail applications.Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, Azure, or Dynamics.Experience working with geographically distributed or international teams.Career Growth & LearningDevelop expertise across software engineering, business intelligence, and enterprise ERP systems.Gain exposure to cross-functional business processes and international collaboration.Take ownership of application enhancements, integrations, reporting solutions, and technical improvements.Build experience in modern Microsoft technologies, data platforms, and AI-assisted software development.
