Planning - DRPEnsure optimal inventory levels, minimizing slow-moving and obsolete stock.Analyze and define safety stock levels for each SKU.Implement and ensure the effectiveness of the Sales & Operations Planning (IBP) process.Propose process improvements and identify risks of out-of-stock (OOS/SLOB).Coordinate DepartmentsCollaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing to align integrated supply plans.Review actual consumption versus forecast at customer and product level; recommend adjustments.Support and coordinate monthly IBP meetings.Balance inventory optimization with customer service level targets.Drive continuous capability building in the supply planning for process improvement.Ensure compliance with relevant pharma regulations, standards and laws.ReportMaking reports as assigned by the manager.Other tasks assigned by Manger or BOD. JOB SPECIFICATIONS- Have a Bachelor‘s/Master‘s degree in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, International Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
