Sustainability (Internship)

Role Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Intern to support the Sustainability Team in coordinating sustainability initiatives, maintaining reliable records, and tracking environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.

Support the day-to-day administration and coordination work, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action items.

Assist with sustainability programmes, campaigns, projects, and other initiatives across the organisation.

Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain sustainability and ESG data from relevant departments; help ensure information is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Support the preparation of sustainability performance reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates using tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Canva.

Maintain organised and up-to-date records, files, evidence, and documentation for sustainability activities, audits, reporting, and internal reference.

Conduct basic research on sustainability trends, environmental practices, ESG topics, and relevant standards or regulatory developments, and summarise findings for the team.

Assist in monitoring key indicators such as energy and water consumption, waste generation, emissions, and other relevant sustainability metrics, where applicable.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information, track progress against agreed actions, and support continuous improvement.

Provide general administrative and project support as assigned by the supervisor.

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Business Management, Corporate Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Canva; familiarity with data visualisation or reporting tools is an advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to organise information and prepare clear summaries
