Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP)

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet workforce demands across hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other assigned business units.

Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs across Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces.

Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing, to attract qualified candidates.

Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, vocational schools, and relevant training institutions to develop sustainable talent pipelines.

Develop and implement digital recruitment campaigns and social media initiatives to enhance candidate reach, engagement, and employer brand awareness.

Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, advise on sourcing strategies, and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

Track recruitment KPIs, analyze sourcing effectiveness, monitor hiring progress, and recommend improvements in recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

3–5 years of recruitment experience with hands on experience in mass recruitment / executive search.

Experience recruiting for Retail, F&B, hospitals, healthcare, or other high-volume service environments is preferred.

Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and source talent across multiple locations using diverse recruitment channels.

Experience developing recruitment partnerships with campus and training institutions.

Familiarity with social media recruitment, digital marketing campaigns, and online sourcing strategies.

Good English communication skills.

Good communication, consulting, and relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross functional teams.

Strong organizational skills, a data driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
