Your role & responsibilities1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution Design and implement comprehensive IT recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years in IT recruitment, with experience managing a small team.Leadership Potential: Proven track record of managing and mentoring team members, with the potential to grow into a leadership role.Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Reporting Skills: Expertise in live recruitment reporting, including tracking metrics and presenting actionable insights.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS, HR tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach
