Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract qualified talent.Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.Track and report recruitment KPIs.Learning & DevelopmentCoordinate training programs and development initiatives.Support training needs analysis, implementation, and evaluation.Maintain training records and HR systems data.Employer BrandingSupport employer branding campaigns across online and offline channels.Organize career fairs, campus events, and recruitment marketing activities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the company's employer brand.Onboarding & Talent ManagementCoordinate onboarding programs to ensure a positive new hire experience.Manage and own PeopleHub Talent Management processes, including performance management, individual development planning (IDP), talent review, and succession planning activities.Maintain accurate and confidential employee data.University Relations & Internship ProgramBuild and maintain partnerships with universities and educational institutions.Coordinate internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, monitoring, and evaluation of interns.Represent the company at career events and develop future talent pipelines. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or HR Generalist roles.Experience with HRIS or Talent Management systems is an advantage.Experience in internship programs and university partnerships is preferred.Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Good command of English.
