Talent AcquisitionCollaborate on planning and deploying sourcing and attracting potential candidates (especially for high level positions).Collaborate on planning periodic recruitment budgets and workforce planning.Manage the end-to-end talent search process, including sourcing, profile and phone screening, coordinating discussion schedules, and preparing proposals and offer letters. Implement the onboarding process to help new colleagues integrate into the working environment, understand their positions and responsibilities, improve work efficiency and nurture personal potential.Employer brandingPlan and implement employer branding programs to increase potential candidate awareness.Collaborate on planning and executing programs to attract young talents.Organize activities to build the work environment and foster internal communications and engagement with colleagues.Deep knowledge of workforce within companyWork closely with HOD across various designated business functions to create or update suitable JDs for every personnel acquisition request.Manage the relationship with the internal manager, ensure that the service is constantly aligned with business requirements.OthersOther tasks assigned by the line manager. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.Proven experience in sourcing and hiring high level positions.Ability to build and maintain good internal relationships with other departments.Ability to listen and empathize.Negotiating and persuasion skills.Logical thinking, active learning spirit, creativity at work.TOEIC 700, IELTS 5.0 or higher (or equivalent).
