Position: Talent and Influencer Operations Specialist

Salary: Php40,000 – Php60,000

Bachelor's Degree Holder

At least 2–3/5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, campaign coordination, account management, or related roles.

Graduated from Top 4 Universities (DLSU & St Benilde, UP, Ateneo, UST) is an advantage.

Amendable to work onsite in BGC Taguig.

Can start as soon as possible

Develop influencer marketing campaigns focused on conversions and user acquisition.

Plan campaign content, messaging, formats, and posting schedules.

Set campaign targets, budgets, and ROI expectations.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize content, offers, and strategies.

Identify and recruit suitable influencers based on brand fit, audience, and content style.

Manage influencer relationships, coordinate collaborations, and maintain talent partnerships.

Conduct influencer market research, including trends, rates, and competitor activities.

Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and posting requirements to ensure timely execution.

Collaborate with project management and operations teams for smooth campaign implementation.

Track campaign results, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
