The Job

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead/Technical Lead to lead a team of developers while contributing to the design and development of full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance, ensure code quality, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software in an Agile environment.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality software delivery and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern backend technologies (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Python) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Define technical architecture, evaluate solutions, and guide implementation decisions.

Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to clarify requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote software engineering best practices.

Support task breakdown, sprint planning, and day-to-day technical problem-solving to keep the team on track.

Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and engineering practices.

Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and improvements using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Docker.

Support onboarding, coach junior developers, and encourage knowledge sharing across the team.

Your Skills and Experience

7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical or team leadership role.

Proficient in at least one major backend stack (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, Node.js, Python, or Go) and RESTful API development.

Solid front-end experience with a modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software architecture patterns.

Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD and containerization tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).

Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT) to improve coding productivity, automate tasks, and support software development workflows.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good English communication skills (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
