Technical Development Executive - Chemical Laboratory

Technical DevelopmentVerify, validate, and implement new testing methods.Prepare method validation reports, work instructions, and technical documents.\Transfer and align test methods with regional and global laboratories.Regulatory SupportMonitor chemical regulations, standards, customer RSLs, and industry requirements; translate updates into testing scopes and laboratory actions.Maintain technical information, assess capability gaps, and recommend priorities for new service development.Technical ConsultationAdvise Sales, Customer Service, laboratory teams, and customers on testing

and suitable technical solutions.Project CoordinationCoordinate technical development projects from feasibility assessment through implementation.Manage resources, timelines, costs, risks, deliverables, and project updates with relevant stakeholders.Quality and ComplianceEnsure technical development activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and the laboratory quality system.Support audits, accreditation, correlation studies, deviation investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.Continuous ImprovementImprove testing methods, workflows, capacity, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.Evaluate new technologies and support standardization, digitalization, automation, and technical training. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry.At least 2 years of experience in chemical testing, method development, product compliance, or a related technical role.Experience in method verification, validation, or transfer is preferred.Familiarity with analytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, GC-MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, or FTIR.Knowledge of chemical regulations and requirements such as REACH, RoHS, POPs, CPSIA, and customer RSLs.Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory quality requirements.Able to interpret regulations, standards, test methods, and customer specifications.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.Good technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.Good command of written and spoken English.Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently.Others (Benefit):Working in an international dynamic and friendly environment15 annual leaves, 15 paid sick leaves, Christmas leave13th-month salary, bonus based on performance and business resultSocial insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance base on full basic salary (Vietnamese Law)Insurance
