TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – 1 YR EXPERIENCE – FOOD
DISTRIBUTOR OF RAW MATERIALS INDUSTRY
LOCATION: Carmona, Cavite
SALARY: ₱20,000–₱25,000
We are hiring a Technical Sales Representative!
Note: Applicants residing in Carmona, Cavite or nearby accessible areas are preferred. Candidates with relevant technical sales experience and a background in marketing are encouraged to apply.
Yêu Cầu Năng Lực & Kinh Nghiệm
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
Other Qualifications: Technical, proficient in MS/Canva AI, keen to details, hardworking, with background in Marketing, dedicated to work with minimal supervision, and pleasing personality, young and vibrant.
Language: Tagalog and English (Required).
SKILLS
Driving (Non-Pro licensed).
The ability and desire to sell.
Negotiation and coordinating skills.
Excellent communication skills.
A positive, confident, and determined approach.
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
The capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
A good level of numeracy.
Can drive with a driving license.
Fluency in a foreign language can be helpful, particularly if working for an international company.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.

Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Provide post-sales support and customer training as needed.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
WORK SETUP
Training: 1–2 months at the CPH Office for orientation and familiarization with products and services offered.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Field Work: Client visits; report to the office once or twice a week.
