Make phone calls to introduce and advise customers on services according to the marketing-provided data list;Explore and understand customer needs and provide phone-based customer service;Execute sales programs according to the Sales department's business plan;Build strong relationships and persuade customers to use our services;Take responsibility for and ensure achievement of KPIs;Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. Candidates under 35, preferably female, are encouraged to apply;Fluent in Indonesian and English;At least 2 years of experience in Telesales or CSR;Basic computer skills for office tasks;Good consulting and customer service skills;Right to work in Indonesia.
