Trade Marketing Executive/Specialist

Drive Growth Marketing for new store launches and low-performing stores, driving traffic and revenue while continuously optimizing for scalable growth.

Analyze store performance, customer data, local market, and competitors

Build and optimize growth plans for new stores and low-performing stores, ensuring store KPIs

Execute sales-driving activities: promotion, POSM, activation, communication and local partnerships

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timeline and execution quality

Track performance and identify opportunities to improve results

Optimize and standardize effective models for wider rollout

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or related fields; retail/FMCG experience is a plus

Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; proficient in Excel

Hands-on, fast learner, and willing to take on new challenges

Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
