Work with Production, Technical to finalize Skills Matrix, Skill testManage training logistics, facility: training room, training kiosk,...Compose Skills Worker Training Material (Theory, pratice).Update training record into CLS System.Work with production/Quality/EHS to improve training program.Create and review craftsmanship training programs according to organizational requirementsPrepare training schedules٫ classroom agenda and training materials٫ such as presentations٫ worksheets and so onDevelop course content according to objectivesPerform training sessions٫ webinars٫ workshops etc. in groups or individuallyPerform and conduct on-site training when neededManage data on completed courses٫ absences٫ issues etc.Monitor and analyze results of training programsEvaluate overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements 1+ years' experience of working on a Craftsmanship Trainer positionSignificant experience in designing craftsmanship course contentExcellent knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in craftsmanship subjectsDegree in a relevant craftsmanship field; additional certification such as CTT+ (Certified Craftsmanship Trainer) will be a bonusGood experience of addressing training needs with complete coursesGood practical experience with MS Office٫ particularly with PowerpointStrong communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowdsStrong organizational and time-management abilities Ngành nghề: Giáo dục / Đào tạo, Sản xuất / Vận hành sản xuất, Nội ngoại thất Kinh nghiệm: 1 Năm Cấp bậc: Nhân viên Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Bình Dương
