Transformation Project Management

Manage & Monitor Digital Transformation Projects:Participate in and/or take the lead in digital transformation projects from planning through successful implementation.Monitor project progress, deliverables, and KPIsSupport the transition of implemented solutions to process owners.Collaborate with Internal Departments & External PartnersWork closely with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of digital technologies into business processes.Collaborate with Group functions and external vendors to implement and integrate digital solutions. ExperienceFresh graduates are welcome to apply.Experience in managing digital projects and/or technology integration is preferred.Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of Excel VBA, Python, and SQL.Strong interest in emerging digital trends and technologies.Ability to effectively apply AI tools in daily work.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with data and analytical tools.LanguageGood English communication skills, especially listening and speaking.Equivalent to approximately IELTS 6.0; certification is not required and English ability can be demonstrated during the interview.
