We are committed to bringing digital to every person, home and organization for a fully connected, intelligent world.Total R&D investment over the last decade now exceeds CNY977.3 billion.In 2022, our total R&D spending was CNY161.5 billion, representing 25.1% of total revenue.At the end of 2022, 114,000+ employees, or 55.4% of our workforce, worked in R&D.By the end of 2022, Huawei held a total of 120,000+ active patents.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE· Plan, deploy, and maintain DWDM, OTN, NMS transmission systems in core and metro networks.· Perform commissioning, integration, cut-over, and acceptance testing for DWDM equipment.· Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and low latency.· Troubleshoot transmission issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with operator for resolution.· Support capacity planning and migration projects to meet growing bandwidth demands.· Document network designs, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IP Core/Metro, GPON) for end-to-end service delivery. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS• Education Background Requirements: Bachelor or higher, major: Telecommunications technology, or related fields.• Hands-on experience with DWDM/OTN equipment (Huawei OSN 9800/8800/1800, etc. or similar).• Strong understanding of optical transmission technologies (DWDM, OTN, ROADM, EDFA, RAMAN, ASON, CDCF, coherent optics).• Experience with NMS platforms (Huawei U2000/NCE-T, etc.).• Able to communicate effectively in English both spoken and written• Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Ability to Travel as neededPREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS· Huawei HCIP-Transmission or HCIE-Transmission.· Optical networking certifications (e.g., Ciena, Nokia).WORKING TIME AND BENEFITS· Monday to Friday (08:30-18:00).· Short term and long-term award· Huawei online and offline aboard training.· Participating in full insurance benefits (health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance), the company supports 24/24 accident insurance and health care insurance for employees.· Professional working environment, multinational company, good career development opportunities.
