Retail Banking Business Planning and Performance Management

Directly develop, implement, and monitor the implementation of the Retail Banking Department's business plans.

Set business targets, develop action plans, and take accountability for the Retail Banking Department's business results.

Implement and monitor sales activities, sales promotion programs and policies, and customer acquisition initiatives for the Retail Banking Department.

Manage the Department's customer portfolio; allocate customers to Relationship Managers (RMs) and monitor the effectiveness of customer portfolio development.

Establish relationships, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to acquire new customers for the Retail Banking Department.

Implement customer care programs for the Department's retail customers.

Manage the productivity of RMs within the Retail Banking Department.

Manage customer service quality and implement initiatives to enhance service quality for the Department's retail customers.

Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager, in line with capabilities and the scope of work.

Comply with all relevant regulations, procedures, and policies, and take responsibility for errors and risks arising from individual and/or collective actions.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Foreign Language:

TOEIC score of 500 or above, or an equivalent certificate.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in finance or banking, including at least 1 year in an equivalent management position, such as Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department, or Retail Banking Sales Team Leader at a Branch.
