Active PHRN and USRN license — REQUIRED

Active USRN license in at least one US state

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

At least 1–3 years of acute, hospital-based clinical experience

Experience in any of the following:

Medical/Surgical Unit

Emergency Department (ED)

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Cebu residents only

Must be willing to complete mandatory onsite training in Cebu

After successful completion of training, the role transitions to Work From Home

The USRN PTP will be responsible for writing client-facing clinical reviews that evaluate authorization requests, including:

Whether the requested authorization is supported by clinical documentation

Documentation supporting or not supporting the authorization

Evidence-based criteria supporting the clinical decision

Complex clinical evaluation of the authorization request as a whole

Reviewing and interpreting clinical information to support appropriate authorization decisions

Mandatory Onsite Training → Work From Home

Candidates must be willing to report onsite in Cebu during the required training period. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to a WFH setup.

₱65,000–₱90,000

Final salary will depend on relevant experience and recruitment results.

This position requires strong acute hospital clinical experience and the ability to analyze complex clinical information and communicate findings through clear, client-facing clinical reviews.
