At least 3 years of heavy Medical-Surgical hospital experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

Ventilators

Chest tubes

Multiple inotrope drips

Experience in ED/Inpatient

Experience in ICU

Experience in Telemetry

Acute hospital direct patient care experience

Strong ability to interpret clinical scenarios in a hospital setting

Ability to identify signs and symptoms

Ability to identify gaps in clinical documentation

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Must be willing to work 100% onsite

We are hiring for Cohort 4 of the CDI Specialist program.

This opportunity is designed for experienced USRNs with strong bedside and acute hospital experience who are looking to transition into the Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) industry.

The role focuses on applying clinical knowledge and hospital experience to review clinical scenarios, interpret documentation, and identify opportunities where clinical documentation may require clarification or improvement.

Heavy Medical-Surgical

Acute Hospital Direct Care

Direct Patient Care

ED/Inpatient

ICU

Telemetry

Candidates should have hands-on experience managing complex patients involving ventilators, chest tubes, and multiple inotrope drips.

Interpret clinical scenarios in the hospital

Understand signs and symptoms

Identify gaps in clinical documentation

Apply acute-care clinical knowledge

Interpret medical records and clinical information

Utilize bedside nursing experience in a CDI environment
