Utility Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, managing teams and ensuring operational goals are met in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques for a range of industrial equipment.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, with experience in performance management and effective delegation.

Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on prioritizing and managing multiple maintenance activities, resource allocation, and project timelines.

Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus, able to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

Deep understanding of safety standards, compliance regulations, and best practices for maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments for efficient workflow integration.

Licensed of Mechanical, Electrical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Electronics Engineer or any related course, with 5years experience in Manufacturing company and Industrial company.

PRC Licences, Lean Six Sigma Certification and other related certification is a plus.

Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa, Laguna for Direct Hire.
