Utility Engineer

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience in team leadership and managing a small to medium-sized group of technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on technical issues.

Proven track record in preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including the ability to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities effectively to minimize downtime.

Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex machinery or facility issues, with the ability to diagnose problems and implement timely and effective solutions.

Hands-on experience in inventory management, particularly spare parts monitoring and procurement, ensuring availability of critical materials for maintenance work.

Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in a maintenance or industrial setting, with a focus on maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Experience in developing and conducting training programs for technical staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge in equipment maintenance, repair techniques, and safety practices.
