Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Video Content Creator to bring our brand stories, daily kitchen magic, and delicious product creations to life on screen. In this role, you will own the end-to-end video production lifecycle—from brainstorming engaging social media trends and scripting to shooting mouth-watering footage and editing fast-paced, high-converting short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

End-to-End Production: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content independently, ensuring high production value across lighting, audio, and visual composition.

Short-Form Social Content: Specialize in trend-driven, dynamic short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) highlighting product creation, behind-the-scenes kitchen action, seasonal launches, and customer experiences.

Visual Storytelling & Styling: Partner with the team to style food and products appetizingly on camera, capturing satisfying textures, close-ups, and aesthetic b-roll.

Post-Production & Editing: Assemble footage quickly using editing software (such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects), adding dynamic pacing, engaging captions, color grading, and trending audio tracks.

Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media algorithms, audio trends, and viral content formats to continuously test and iterate creative video strategies.

Portfolio: A robust portfolio or link to social media channels showcasing your videography, lighting, and editing work (specifically short-form video content).

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, mobile videography gimbals, lighting kits, and external microphones (wireless audio setups).

Software Skills: Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro) and basic graphic/thumbnail design tools.

Creative Instinct: A sharp eye for pacing, visual rhythm, and storytelling that hooks viewers within the first 3 seconds.

Work Style: Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced food production environment.
