1. Fashion KnowledgeEnsure you are up-to-date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate customers’ needs.Share, inspire, and educate the store team on seasonal trend information.2. Drive Sales TargetsIdentify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales.Perform sales follow-ups and initiate actions to achieve sales targets.3. Visual Store Operational RoutinesDisplay the store and arrange merchandise inside and outside the store.Provide a comfortable and convenient shopping environment for customers.Ensure clear and engaging visual stories for campaigns.Handle visual merchandising (VM) materials and visual scheme orders.Control the quantity and condition of all incoming visual materials.Maintain and care for all display and interior materials with sustainability in mind.Share information with the team about seasonal changes and continuously evaluate throughout the season.Provide updates on all VM information and materials in the store.Ensure that the store always has sufficient sales and activity materials.Have a plan to check the store every week and conduct additional checks when necessary.Report weekly store images. 1–2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Fashion Retail.Good knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and VM standards.Good communication and teamwork skills.Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.Strong customer and sales mindset.Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits.Fashion retail experience is preferredEnglish proficiency sufficient for work.Salary: Negotiable (VND 13–14 million/month)Private Health Insurance and Accident Insurance.Working Time: 5 days/week (Monday – Friday)Working Location: 120 Hoang Trong Mau, Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City Ngành nghề: Bán lẻ / Bán sỉ, Tiếp thị / Marketing, Dệt may / Da giày / Thời trang Kinh nghiệm: 1 Năm Cấp bậc: Nhân viên Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Hồ Chí Minh
