Warehouse Assistant

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse, e-commerce fulfilment, or related field.

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience in stock handling, inventory management, picking and packing is an advantage.

Good attention to detail and able to maintain accurate stock records.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good time management and organisational skills.

Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related tasks.

Willing to work in Shah Alam.

Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, checking, storing and issuing stock.

Assist with incoming and outgoing stock activities.

Perform stock picking, packing, labelling and preparation of orders for courier collection.

Process Delivery Orders (DO) and other relevant warehouse documents.

Ensure all orders are accurately prepared and dispatched on time.

Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of warehouse documents.

Monitor stock movement and assist with regular stock counts and inventory checking.

Prepare weekly reports on warehouse transactions and activities for the respective department.

Ensure the warehouse, stock and working areas are kept clean, organised and properly maintained.

Report any stock discrepancies, damaged products or other warehouse issues to the Warehouse Manager.

Follow proper warehouse procedures and company policies.

Report to the Warehouse Manager on daily warehouse activities and progress.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time. Additional skills that are a plus:

Experience with e-commerce orders / online platforms.

Experience handling courier platforms and daily parcel collections.

Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse management systems.

Basic Excel skills such as sorting, filtering and simple formulas.
