Warehouse Manager - CFS Operations (3PL)

Working location: Mapletree Binh Duong Logistic Park, 18 L2-1 Tao Luc 5 Street VSIP II, Thu Dau Mot, Binh DuongWorking schedule: 5.5 days per week. No shuttle bus to transport from other provinces to the company.RESPONSIBILITIESDaily OperationsMonitor all daily warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, returns) to ensure smooth operations, system accuracy, SLA compliance, and customer delivery requirements.Instruct, guide, and provide on-the-job training for warehouse staff to ensure compliance with SOPs, WI, quality standards, and productivity targets.Interact with customers to understand business requirements, order profiles, peak volumes, cut-off times, and special handling needs.Provide customer support during escalated situations, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues promptly, and manage overall daily workflow to maintain service levels.Support managers in planning and organizing daily operations, manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and continuous improvement activities.Project DevelopmentParticipate in new project setups, including defining operational processes, standardizing procedures, and developing work instructions.Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.End Results / AccountabilitiesEnsure customer KPIs and department KPIs are met.Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are planned and executed according to customer requirements.Maintain customer satisfaction.Achieve operational KPIs and meet business targets.
