Warehouse Supervisor - 3 yrs experience - Sal: 35k - 37k - QC

College graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related course.

At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Hands-on experience using a WMS and managing inventory with bin locations, an advantage. Skilled in stock reconciliation, warehouse documentation, and Excel.

Experience handling electrical, electronic, or construction materials is an advantage.

Responsibilties:

Keep Stocks Accurate. Organized. Ready for Release.

Your Purpose

Maintain accurate inventory, proper bin locations, and timely stock releases for projects and customers.

Your Role

Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and releasing of stocks.

Ensure all stock movements are promptly and accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Keep stocks in their assigned bin locations and verify WMS records against actual quantities. Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective action.

Enforce proper documentation, stock security, safety, and housekeeping.
