DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Warehouse operations:Supervise all daily warehouse activities, including Receiving, Inventory storage, Kitting and Shipping, to ensure timely support for production lines and Integration projects.Assign tasks, shifts and daily targets to the Warehouse Team Leader and warehouse staff; monitor work progress and performance.Data & inventory management:Be accountable for Inventory Accuracy in the ERP system (Epicor) against physical stock.Organize and control cycle counts and ad-hoc stock counts; analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Control the flow of production materials and components (Integration inventory) as well as non-inventory materials.Process improvement & compliance:Develop, standardize and train staff to comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), 5S, FIFO principles and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations in the warehouse.Propose process improvement initiatives to optimize storage space, reduce order processing time and minimize loss or damage of goods.Coordination & reporting:Work closely with related departments (Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Maintenance) to ensure smooth internal supply chain operations.Prepare periodic warehouse KPI reports (inventory accuracy, kitting lead time, staff productivity) and report directly to the Facility Manager / Head of Department (HOD).Perform other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS:College or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.Good English communication skills (able to read technical documents and write emails and work reports).Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment (precision components, precision mechanics or semiconductor/electronics manufacturing preferred).At least 1–2 years of experience in an equivalent position (Warehouse Supervisor or senior Warehouse Team Leader).Proficient in ERP warehouse/material management software (e.g., SAP, Epicor, Oracle or an equivalent WMS).Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, KPI/inventory tracking reports and charts).Solid knowledge of warehouse management methods: 5S, Kaizen, FIFO, Cycle Counting.Strong leadership skills, including task delegation, conflict resolution and team motivation.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations.High sense of responsibility, careful and detail-oriented, and able to work under time pressure.Certificates in occupational safety or warehouse management, or forklift operating experience, are an advantage.Benefits- Meal Allowance: Daily meal support provided.- Working Equipment: Necessary working equipment and tools will be provided.- On-the-job Training: Opportunity to gain practical experience.- Professional Working Environment: Opportunity to work in a professional and multinational environment.- Healthcare Insurance: Healthcare insurance premium is fully covered by the company in accordance with company policy.Working Time: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday)- Shuttle Bus: Shuttle bus service is available upon registration.
