Our client, a 100% Japanese-owned manufacturing company, is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Material Warehouse). The job responsibilities and benefits are as follows:· Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuing, and inventory control.· Ensure accurate and timely material supply to production lines.· Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory.· Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement activities.· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.· Lead, train, assign work, and evaluate warehouse staff.· Coordinate with Production, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, Quality, Import & Export, and other related departments.· Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve operational efficiency.· Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports for management.BenefitsSalary: USD 800 – 1000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and relevant experience.Performance bonus and other benefits will be provided in accordance with the Company’s policies.Professional and stable working environment in a Japanese company.Company shuttle bus from Big C Thăng Long.Long-term career development opportunities in an FDI working environment 1. EducationBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.2. ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.At least 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in managing a raw material warehouse.Forklift driving experienceExperience in the electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, or precision manufacturing industry is preferred.Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage.3. Language· Business English proficiency (both written and spoken).
