WASH TECH – must be expert in washing having experience working with laundries directly.
Responsible for approving shade blankets, identifying & improving wash defects in bulk production.
Involve during development of lab dip and identify risk involved in any wash color /technique.
Wash control process VALIDATION - on type of chemical, dye stuff. acid being used, cycle time which is meeting approved specification.
Ensure Laundry SOP & direct communication with customer on issues found and resolution- Pre-shipment Audit- 100 % AQl audit cover all style by laundry, conduct audit on garment based on daily output prior to shipment to garment factory.
Facilitate shade band approval from VS Wash team.GRAPHICS - Expert in Graphic – printing, embroidery- Need good working knowledge of different print processes in garments.
Set up proper SOP for graphic mills based on brand stds- Work with customer directly on print & embroidery approvals in bulk.
Educate teams and customer on high risk prints, embroidery and their application & provide suggestions on simplifying processes.
Data driven approach to record all defects & report back.
Analyzing top 3 defects & educating QC/FQA staffs for continuous improvement.
