CNC Programmer

Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Dasmariñas Cavite Salary : The starting salary for this position is PHP 17,000, which is negotiable depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Key Job Qualifications: Education & Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 2–3 years] of hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation. Technical degree or vocational certification in Machining/Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Technical Skills:Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360). Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming. Experience working with [specify machine types, e.g., 3-axis / 5-axis CNC Lathes and Mills]. Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Quality Control: Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to ensure parts meet specifications. Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for tooling, machining process adjustments, and program optimization.
