ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE FOREMAN Salary: 25k capped negotiable Work Location : Sta Maria Bulacan Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise machinists and daily operations Evaluate accomplishment reports and fabricated moulds Monitor mould development schedules Ensure machines operate according to production plans Train and mentor machinists Perform machine setup, calibration, and maintenance Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 2–3 years experience in manufacturing Knowledge in drafting and machine operations Strong analytical and organizational skills
